Our boards ensure responsible corporate governance, strategic development and sustainable growth. They advise the management on key decisions and uphold stability, integrity and transparency.
Combining independent expertise with strategic vision, they strengthen PD’s long-term strategic direction and help position for the future.
The Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board carries out its statutory supervisory and advisory duties. It supports the management in key business decisions, ensures compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, and upholds sound, sustainable corporate governance. In doing so, it makes a vital contribution to stability, integrity and trust.
The composition of the Supervisory Board reflects PD’s shareholder structure. Its members are elected by the Shareholders’ Meeting, whilst the employee representatives are elected by the staff.

The Advisory Board
The Advisory Board advises PD’s management and Supervisory Board on strategic issues, the development and evaluation of new business ideas and cooperation models, and public relations. It brings in external perspectives, drives innovation and growth, and helps to identify opportunities early and navigates change effectively.
