You can become a shareholder at any time. A framework agreement specifies our consistent, transparent pricing as well as consultancy standards and mandatory billing methods.

PD provides competent and efficient consulting services on investments and modernisation projects. Your shareholders can assign individual services from the PD portfolio in each project phase in a targeted and cost-transparent manner – which makes contracting simple and direct.
This is called in-house contracting. The legal basis for this is § 108 para. 1 of the Act Against Restraints of Competition (GWB).
PD provides independent consulting services because it is exclusively obliged to its contracting authority. An unbiased approach, problem-oriented solutions and transparent decision-making paths are a matter of course.
